Chrysalis Physical Therapy Private clinic in a quiet setting
Chrysalis Physical Therapy is located in a private setting attached to my home. The clinic has dedicated parking, a separate entrance, a small waiting area and its own bathroom.
Google Maps is the most reliable way to get navigation to my home. If you use any other app/Nav system, it is possible that you will get directions that tell you to go to Madison Rd and Courtney Lane -- these directions are wrong! You have to be on Paulson Road to reach my driveway. My house isn't visible from the street, so look out for a long bank of mailboxes -- one of them is painted BRIGHT ORANGE. It's not a newspaper box, but a big double-decker, locking metal mailbox. My house number, 1428, is on the mailbox. The driveway is paved and is on the opposite side of the street from the mailboxes. There is a white sign with all the house numbers at the beginning of the driveway. Our house is the VERY LAST house, so drive past 5 other homes and stay to the right at the last "Y" in the road. You will pass a green barn/outbuilding, and our garden. You can park right up at the house closest to the office door. The office door is marked, and a friendly orange Gnome is there to greet you.
